Pierre Daguet Hall

This is the largest auditorium, with a capacity of 250 spectators, and is considered the best-equipped hall in Cartagena for holding shows and cultural activities.

The Pierre Daguet Hall is equipped with a state-of-the-art audiovisual system: a modern automatic proscenium curtain system, HD video equipment system, specialized microphone set, fly system with black box, hydraulic pit for zarzuela opera, sophisticated lighting system, new stage and other technologies, which are controlled through a special console.

The Hall pays tribute to the French artist Pierre Daguet, one of the founding professors of Bellas Artes, who between 1950 and 1980, an important period for Cartagena's art, achieved outstanding cultural development in the city.

Admission requirements

Admission and selection are carried out by an Admissions Committee. In addition to the usual high school diploma, the admission procedures require a general culture test, a personal interview, the student's background record, a psychological test and the grades obtained in the state exam (ICFES). A score of 70% must be achieved.

Enrollment

The tuition fee depends on a socioeconomic study that determines the student's socioeconomic stratum, thus varying what they must pay but opening possibilities for all those who wish to study without the fee being an obstacle. There are also scholarships awarded by the Instituto Distrital.

Job opportunities at the institution

Starting from the second semester, the highest-GPA students can provide services to UNIBAC.
