Cinearte
Cienarte started in 2007 as the Centro Internacional en Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas, A.C. (CINEARTE), in the City of Puebla, Mexico, when there was little educational offering in cinematography.
Cinearte trains filmmakers with their own identity capable of carrying out efficient professional activities in cinematography processes.
Cinearte Shapes future film directors capable of creating works in cutting-edge media. Cinearte offers high-level education that today's film industry demands by applying rigorous and ongoing processes of evaluation and quality assurance.
Educational Offering
Cinearte offers specialties, diploma courses and degrees related to the FILM industry.
In specialties it offers screenwriting, film production, documentary filmmaking, art direction, cinematography direction, sound and sound design, digital assembly and editing, Animation and visual effects,
In the degree format it offers the Degree in Directing in Cinematographic Arts that prepares you to become a Director in Cinematographic Arts and acquire all the skills you need to break into all the creative and technical aspects involved in the entire production of a film.
Its Diploma offering is made up of the diploma in film directing, animation directing and acting for the camera.
General Admission Requirements
To enter the Degree in Directing in Cinematographic Arts, Diplomas and Specialties it is necessary to meet requirements that are mandatory.
Submit original and copy of the following documents:
- Birth certificate.
- Legalized high school studies certificate or equivalent.
- Valid official ID INE (Mexicans). ID, DNI or passport (international students).
- Four color printed photographs, child size, front-facing with white background and digital file of the same photo in jpg.
- Admission exam payment.
- Signed acceptance of the admission regulations.
- Medical certificate (not a restriction for admission).
If you are Mexican and studied outside of Mexico, documents must be legalized by the corresponding authority (Secretaría de Educación Pública).
Applicants from other States of the Mexican Republic and International applicants must send their documents scanned at 100% and can take the exam via Skype (cineartemx). Once admitted, it is a requirement to submit all original documents.
If you are Mexican or foreign and live in the State of Puebla or Tlaxcala, you must complete all procedures in person at our facilities by submitting originals and legible simple copies.
Attend on the date and time indicated by the Comisión de Admisión for the admission exam with official identification (IFE or passport). Approved applicants must meet the following fees for enrollment:
- Annual enrollment payment.
- Monthly or four-month tuition fee, if you choose this payment system.
- Applicants with unfinished studies.
If you are in the process of obtaining your graduation documentation from your school, the Centro Internacional en Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas, A.C. (CINEARTE) can offer you conditional acceptance so you can enroll. Afterwards you must present the official graduation documents within the deadline agreed with our educational authorities.
