There are some degrees that, depending on the circumstances, can allow graduates to travel more and do their work around the world. Keep in mind that in almost all careers you can travel, it all depends on the goals, budget, and effort available to invest.

The Traveling Writer...
We could imagine and use as an example a freelance writer in the tourism sector traveling all over the world, staying in hotels, visiting restaurants, writing articles and reviews about those places. Believe it or not, there are many writers, influencers, and content creators who work in tourism agencies or who have their own channels and travel, explore, research, and then record videos, write articles, and reviews about all the places they visited.

Keep in mind that many of the writers who do this type of work, whom you read in magazines and who are hired by tourism agencies, are very experienced writers with many years of work, although in recent years and thanks to the advancement of the Internet, many bloggers have the opportunity to travel around the world writing about their adventures, although keep in mind that it takes a lot of effort and dedication to make a living from writing alone.

Those with degrees related to Audiovisual Media, the photographers, Filmmakers, sound engineers, camera operators spend all their time traveling...is that true?

Well, photographers are constantly on the move, although that doesn't mean they spend their lives traveling. A photographer will likely make many efforts and do many types of photography jobs until they manage to get a job at a newspaper, a magazine, or some freelance work that allows them to travel. It requires effort, perseverance, and planning.

Camera operators also have the possibility to travel if they get the opportunity to join a shoot, documentary, short film or sporting event. There are camera operators who dedicate many years of their lives to working behind the scenes or on a television set before having the opportunity to travel for their work.

Film Directors have a long journey before reaching the filming of a movie, although it is a career that requires constant innovation, coordination and funding, you usually meet a lot of people and travel quite a bit when conditions are ideal.

There are also the classics: commercial pilots and Passenger Cabin Crew (TCP) are the careers where you travel regularly. Just keep in mind that unlike the rest of the degrees, airplane crew members and commercial pilots spend most of their time traveling.

You can find the possibility to travel in the degrees related to Tourism, such as Hotel Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism Guide or languages.

The degrees related to Communication, such as investigative journalism or sports journalism allow you to travel, but keep in mind that many times you go through a long journey before managing to travel.

If you like numbers and sales

Many salespeople, regional managers, company sales representatives and graduates in business administration travel through cities offering the products they sell or offering a company's services. If you can work in a multinational company, many times you can request transfers and positions that allow you to travel and explore more.

If you like water more, you can think about careers such as Navy Sailor, Boat Captain, Yacht Sailor and even work as an artist, performer, singer or musician on a Cruise ship. There are many opportunities and experiences you can pursue, it's important to research and look carefully before making a decision.

And of all of them, which one will I earn the most money with?

If you're concerned about pay it would be important that before choosing you ask yourself: Am I choosing it because I like it?, Is it a degree or a career that makes me happy? Or am I choosing it because it's profitable or because it allows me to travel? Would you do a job you don't like for many hours a day just because it lets you travel? Would you work in a career you don't like just for the money? Would you work for free just out of passion?

Keep in mind that many times it's a decision you only make once and the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and happy with what you do.

In any case, there are many variables to take into account regarding pay, they often depend on the position and the country you are traveling in.
