What to study in Vocational Training?

Vocational Training is a type of study that allows you to train as a professional in the area that interests you. There are two types of vocational training: the Intermediate Level Training Cycle and the Advanced Level Training Cycle. For the former, it is necessary to have completed ESO or to have passed a specific access exam for which you must be 17 years old, and for the latter, you need to have completed Bachillerato or a specific access test for which you must be 19 years old, or 18 if you hold an Intermediate Level qualification.

Therefore, these studies allow you to study a career at different levels, depending on your personal needs and preferences. It should be noted that those who study the Advanced Level Training Cycle of Vocational Training will be better qualified than those who study the Intermediate Level Training Cycle of Vocational Training. In this area, the standout program is Administrative Management Technician, which trains you as an administrative or accounting assistant. With this qualification you can work in private companies in the administrative area as an assistant or aide.

Agriculture

In this area there are different types of programs, such as Extensive Farming Operations, which allow you to train as a professional in the agricultural sector. With these types of programs you can work in both public and private companies, as well as start your own business. Other programs include Gardening and Forestry Work and Conservation of the Natural Environment, with which you can work in other areas of the same sector.

Graphic Arts

In this sector we find programs such as Binding and Handling of Paper and Cardboard, Prepress in Graphic Arts, and Printing in Graphic Arts, with which you can become a technician in the graphic arts area.

In this sector, the Intermediate Degree Technician in Construction stands out, which trains you as a professional in the construction sector who can carry out concrete or masonry work, for rehabilitation, construction, maintenance and civil works, whether for a company or self-employed. Advanced Technician in Civil Works Projects, for its part, will be able to work in the sector of engineering firms, architecture, drafting, consultancies and technical services.

Electricity and Electronics

An Intermediate Degree in this sector is Technician in Electrical and Automatic Installations, who will learn to carry out electrical and automatic installations and will be able to work as a professional both self-employed and employed in the maintenance and assembly of electrical and automated infrastructures.
