How to choose between them
Think about what you do for fun: if you read novels, if you discuss politics at family meals, if you watch history documentaries, if you help a friend solve a problem with someone else.
Then decide what you want to study: a person, a group or ideas. Psychology focuses on the person, Social Sciences and Sociology on groups and institutions, and Philosophy or Literature on ideas and texts.
If you're torn between History and Literature, keep in mind that they share reading and writing, but one starts from facts and the other from texts. The career test gives you another reference.
